Unfortunately, Recovery Supports Australia is not an emergency service provider, so we can’t promise to help you in crisis situations.
Your support worker may not be able to respond in these moments, so here is a list of services that might be able to.

Here are some helplines you can use: 

This is sometimes called “the CAT team” or “mental health triage”. This service deals with mental health crisis situations. There are multiple CAT services around Melbourne


In the event of a crisis, be sure to have your local CAT number available.

Emergency services You can call 000 to get assistance from police, ambulance services, or fire services.
